Hi, I’m Thom
I started BrainGlu several years ago to better understand the lives of people living with traumatic brain injury (TBI). Along the way, I had the privilege of hearing stories from individuals around the world. Each conversation offered a new perspective on resilience, identity, and the ways people adapt to life's unexpected changes. Over time, I realized that while every journey is different, one truth is universal: change is inevitable, but there is no blueprint for navigating it.
At BrainGlu, I help people create their own.
The Blueprint Philosophy
My coaching approach is simple: change looks different for everyone. Whether you’re navigating a major life transition, adjusting to a new chapter, or seeking a clearer path forward, I’ll meet you where you are. Together, we’ll uncover what matters most, build on your strengths, and create a path forward that feels right for you.

Who I work with
I work primarily with young adults (18-30) navigating life changes after a brain injury or ADHD diagnosis. This may include transitions such as starting or returning to school, moving from athletics back into the classroom after an injury, or finding direction during the early stages of a career.
If you don’t see yourself in this description but are curious about working together, I’d love to connect.
